EAT A LIGHT SNACK
Nothing too extreme, we just don’t recommend riding on an empty stomach.
DRESS FOR COMFORT
A comfy tee or tank top. Yoga / workout pants or shorts are great on the bottom.
Our amazing front desk staff are happily waiting to show you around our studio. They’ll also run you through the layout of our bikes and give you the complete low down – even if you’ve tried a cycle class before. 15 minutes before class time is always a safe bet.
Your bike is reserved just for you, so be sure to initial our sign in sheet so we know you’re there.
WATER & SHOES
We clip into our bikes at FSY to maintain complete control and balance of our ride. Shoe rentals are $3 per ride and of course, you’re welcome to bring your own. Our fridge is packed with bottles of Smart Water which can be bought before or after your ride for $3.
Our coded keypad lockers will keep your belongings safe while you ride. Our staff will be more than happy to show you how they work.
